My bag got scratches all over the place, what should I do?
- Don't worry. This is due to the characteristic of the leather we use for our bag. If the scratches are not deep, you can wipe it off gently with soft damp clothe and let it dry naturally. Or use mink oil to apply it on the leather. Please refer to our how to care page for further instruction.
