Our bags are made from 100% genuine cow leather and meant to last a lifetime if care properly. We suggest you to take the following measures:
- Scratches or traces are common on our leather bags. If you want to remove, simply wipe it off with soft damp cloth and allow it to dry naturally (As shown below)
- Please avoid exposing the bag in direct sunlight because the color of the bag may fade away
- Please avoid using the bag in heavy downpour condition. If the bag does get wet, wipe the water off and let them dry naturally.
- Please be aware of ink or dye since the stain will be hard to remove.
